Under certain circumstances, we may issue a full refund or accept the return of a product. In all cases please send an email via our “Contact Us” page and we will review the case for you. Make sure that you include your delivery/invoice details for the order you are concerned about.
If you’ve had the product for 14 days or more we will not be able to issue a refund for the product. Also if you have used the the product we will not be able to issue a refund.
Refunds make take upto 10-14 business days to appear on your bank statements.
